Confused about dosage

Looking for some advice, please. I started 125 iu shots of follistim on Tuesday for our first IUI. I went back to the RE did BW on Friday and was told the nurse would call with results that day to discuss dosage and schedule more BW and US for Monday. No one called me back on Friday! And I can't get a hold of anyone at that office until Monday morning. So now I don't know, should I keep taking the 125 iu shots over the weekend? Ugh. I've been so happy with that office up until now. Maybe they think this isn't a big deal for women going through this, but I'm scared at what these hormones are doing to my body and if I'm taking them correctly. These treatments put so much faith into the hands of others. Prayers for all of us going through this!
