Possible pre-eclampsia? Please help!

I'm 35 weeks pregnant, 36 on Tuesday, since last night I have had a nonstop headache, I took a dose of 2 500mg tylenol and it didn't do anything, waited until I could take another dose and took 3 that time, still didn't do anything. My kick counts last night were normal, I haven't done my counts for today yet as I do them later at night, but baby has been moving pretty average so far today. I'm concerned that the headache that won't go away and the spots I've been seeing in my vision recently could be a sign for pre-eclampsia. My midwives office is closed on weekends so I'd have to just call L&D or just go in on their recommendation. I wanted some advice to see if I should really be concerned or if it's not related. Please help calm my nervous ftm nerves!
