Work out

26 weeks today and I finally found the motivation to work out! I went on an elliptical and my first goal was 30 mins and I surpassed that and went for the 1 mile mark. I am going to continue to start a healthier lifestyle today not only for myself but my baby girl. What are some work outs you ladies do.

P.s. I haven't worked out on a year so I was dieing and going slow... but small steps.
