Yesterday's Work Out..
Lately I have been exercising a lot more. I have been going to the gym at least three times a week. I've, also, been pushing myself really hard. Normally I focus on my legs and abs. I stick to a few leg machines and a lot of different floor work. The next day I am always super sore and it carries into the second day as well.
Well, yesterday I went to the gym and stayed for close to two hours. I did all of the leg machines they have (leg press, hip abductions, etc). I woke up this morning knowing I would be really sore but I'm not. Nothing. My knees are a little sore (I have VERY bad knees from ballet) but other than that I feel fine. Anyone have any idea why I didn't get as good of a work out as I thought? What should I change?
