help!!

So confused!! So I got the implant in my arm in the middle of October and periods were normal but very light, I've been having sex often without condoms because they don't work with SO, but last time I got my period I have brown discharge for a week and then the next week I got my period and now today I see I have brown discharge again and I googled it and it's telling me I could be pregnant it's an early sign,anyone that can help me or have an experiences??
