I went to the ER yesterday because of bleeding and passing small clots. I'm supposed to go tomorrow to see if my hcg levels went down or up. The doctor said if I did miscarry it should be like a normal period because 5 weeks the baby is very small. I just stood up and felt a huge gush and this is what came out. I feel like I'm in full on labor and this thing was huge. My cervix feels open so I'm assuming this pregnancy is no more :( but can someone tell me...was this the sac? I don't understand how something so big came out so soon. Please help.
