I had the flu at 24 weeks it was fine but also early pregnancy really feels like the flu! I had a sore throat and all. I felt like I had a bad flu the whole first trimester

I was 4w1d when I had it a couple weeks ago. It was rough. Drink pedialite it's better for you than Gatorade or water and get to eat something like cheeroes to keep something in you. Baby will feed off nutrients stored in ur body it's just mostly about keeping yourself hydrated
