Body after miscarriage.

Omg tmi but I've got to ask. Any one have sore boobs after a miscarriage? Like extremely tender especially to the touch. I had a very early miscarriage and the doc said that I should start my period any day...that was almost 2 weeks ago. I've had spotting just 2 times since then, but nothing period like. I want to cry they are hurting so badly. Anyone have a similar story?
