Labia reduction

Hi I am 23 and very self conscious of my labia...I just feel like my lips are really big and I hate the way they look....it's embarrassing. They're also uncomfortable... im married and we have a great sex life but I feel like it could be better if I wasn't so self conscious down there...has anyone had labia reduction or thought about it?
