What color eyes?

Me and my husband are arguing over what color his eyes are.. help us out haha

I don't even see what the arguement could be. From that photo, to me, they look a hundred percent green and brown. Which is hazel. What do you guys think they are?

They are the same Colour as mine and I always say mine are hazel. 
In the dark they look browner and with the light shining in them they are greener.
