I honestly don't trust anything but the pills. Too scared to get iud and implant . The shot I have heard a lot of negatives like weight gain and other complications . I like pills because it's easier to start and stop them . Also easier to switch . Have a problem with a type of pills ? Simple just go to doctor and get new ones .
