Migraine

Recently I have been getting the worst headaches I have ever had and I get headaches and migraines a lot but these are different. My head literally will hurt so bad that my head feels like it's bleeding and it gets warm when this happens. I've been having fevers and very bad neck pain and a stiff neck. Just before I was getting in bed, I noticed that on one of my eyes, it's bruising and a little below my eye too. I have not been hit or anything. Also when my symptoms started, I broke out in a rash down my arms and hands. Any clue? Just wanted some advise before calling my doctor.
