MTHFR with successful pregnancy?

TTC for 2 years and mc one year ago (chemical at 7 weeks). I was diagnosed with two copies of MTHFR c677t mutation a little over a year ago and was given baby aspirin and Folgard for treatment. I've been doing a lot of research lately and am afraid my treatment is not right so I just started 800 mg of metafolin instead. Anyone else who is treating and had success  I have an appt with a genetic counselor next week.
