Nothing at first. When you get farther along in your pregnancy (6-7 weeks), the pain just gets way worse. My boobs usually hurt a week before AF and got better right before AF came. With my BFP, my boobs started hurting around 5DPO and hurt up until the day of my BFP, but as far as difference in pain, none, unfortunately. At least for me.

For me, before my period my boobs would just be a dull sort of pain. Now that I'm pregnant it's a more constant, sharper pain that starts in my armpits sort of, and my nipples are SUPER SUPER sensitive. So sensitive that if I'm not wearing a bra and my arm or something barely brushes them I wince in pain. Laying on them sometimes hurts. Oh and they get really warm sometimes and tingle lol.
