I think I got heartburn around week 10 but not when I was expecting my period. I had period like symptoms before my BFP.

You wouldn't have heartburn because you were pregnant that early on in pregnancy.... Maybe you just ate something that didn't agree with you and it was a coincidence

It was the first time I experienced heartburn in my life. I thought I was going crazy lol 😂
