Should I be worried about this? Also he has diarrhoea and is nearly 6 weeks

That just looks like a newborn rash. They get that very frequently. I would be more concerned with the diarrhea. How long has he had it? Babies cannot handle loss of fluid as well as adults. I would have him be seen if he's had it for a couple of days.

Thanks for your input. Been doctors they said it's just a spot so nothing too be concerned about there and diarrhoea could be bacterial but as long as he's still drinking his formula and it doesn't last more than a couple of days then he's ok

Looks like baby acne? Are you bfing? That can cause diarrhea.
