Ugh my back hurts so bad! I'm 18 weeks and I've been assuming I have a kidney infection because it's that kind of tight lower back pain but I have no other symptoms I'm a FTM I had pre existing back pain already from my job (dog grooming) but now every day when I try to go to bed or wake up I'm in tears. It's been getting worse Is this back pain a part of pregnancy or do I need to see a doctor
