How many months is it ok to start baby oatmeal?

I want to start my son in baby oatmeal. He will be 3 months tomorrow and I don't know if that is to early or not.

I'd talk to your doctor about it. A lot of the articles I've read say to wait until 6 months but honestly I feel like that rarely happens! Doctors opinions for the specific baby is best!

I started my son at 4 months on very watered down rice cereal. He just wasnt getting full on formula and wouldnt sleep. Once i started goving him the cereal he started sleeping at longer intervals and was much happier!

Talk to your baby's doctor. The recommendation for solids wis at 6 months. Some children maybe ready at 4 months but the doctor would be able to tell you.

4 months is the earliest and it's typically only recommended for severe reflux. BTW it's a myth that it will help them sleep better. I have 3 kids and noticed zero change in their sleep once starting solids in fact for 1 of them his sleep got worse.
