Manage hormones naturally?
We were going to do birth control for one more month but now we decided go ahead and start trying.
Today is the last day of my period. Last time I went off birth control I had tons of hot flashes along with irregular periods. I'm hoping it goes smoother this time. We had 2 miscarriages in 2016.
Anyone have similar hormonal issues? If so, what do you do to control symptoms?
I also have PCOS.
