Ok to eat crawfish ?

I'm from Louisiana and have been craving craw fish. And I've heard yes it's ok and no it's not. Jw others opinions. It's very very very low in mercury and I haven't been swelling so I'm thinking as long as it's cooked good shouldn't be an issue. Since I know several people eat shrimp and other sea foods whaile pregnant as long as cooked well.

Psh, I eat sushi and sashimi, crab legs, medium rare steaks, etc. It won't hurt you. Third pregnancy now so if it were harmful, I'm seriously lucky. I had a dr tell me they were ok though.

As long as it's from a reputable place and is cooked properly you're fine!

I'm from Baton Rouge la and I currently work at a seafood place and it is okay to eat crawfish. Pregnant ladies come in all the time. But they do have salt so that could make you feel swollen and bloated

As long as it's properly cooked and hasn't been sitting out I'd go for it.
