I hate not being a stay at home mom

No matter who watches my child (husband or grandma) I feel like no one really does the things I would do. Our schedule was chaotic today (grandma watches her most days but today daddy had to watch her half the day and grandma the other half) I guess in the mix up everyone just forgot to change my daughters diaper.... the last time it was changed was 6 hours ago when I left for work. I'm so so so upset. This has never happened before. My daughter is 3 months old and has never had a diaper rash. I know life as a SAHM is rough, but you ladies have no clue how blessed you really are!
