Burning sensation

I'm 4w5d and I've been having a burning cramp type pain in my left side, mid to lower abdomen. No bleeding/spotting just fairly consistent. This is my second pregnancy, I just don't recall it with my first. Tried calling my doctor and still haven't heard back. Should I be concerned?
