Any Nabothian cyst sufferers????

I am a pcos suffere. Being having pelvic and back pain, pain on right side and a swollen lymph node in the right a while now. Doc examined me and felt small bump on my cervix. Did ultrasound today which revealed I have a few Nabothian cyst in my cervix largest 9.0mm. Both ovaries are polycystic plus left ovary contains a simple cyst 1.9cm. I'm in daily pain and doc trying to convince me that the pain is not from the cyst and that cyst will go away on its own.
