Sex advice...

My SO and I have been together for 4 years, getting married in October :) I try to be nice and not say anything to him about it,but it bothers me a lot. The issue is, that when we have sex, he doesn't last long at all. We have tried sex every other day... We have tried longer foreplay.. Nothing helps. There are times all he has to do is insert and that's it.. It makes me depressed. Anything to do to help him??
