I was sitting and had some lower back pain, baby is moving like an alien inside me and it hurts like hell. Suddenly I got a really bad pain in my upper left uterus area. I got so hot and thought I was going to throw up. I stood up thinking it was the way I was sitting but hd to lean on the counter because of pain. Lasted 45 sec-60 sec. I didn't get my contraction timer going right away. I am 33w3d.
