sleeping through the night
Last night my lo slept 9hrs!! Might be a fluke but thought I would ask in case. If she starts sleeping through the night should I wake up and pump at least once to keep my supply up? I was thinking if she goes down around 8 I could pump at 10 and then go to bed myself. I return to work in a few weeeks so I don't won't to jeopardize my supply.
