Its been 4 weeks since having my thyroid removed and all ive talked about is having a third child. My partner knew and didnt do anything to avoid so i assumed he didnt mind if i was to get pregnant as we even joked about it before having sex a couple times. I just found out i am pregnant and hes started saying hes going to leave and hes not ready to have another and shit. Im so hurt as i really thought this time i wasnt in it alone.
