Freckles on my areola?

So I had sex with my bae on the 9th day of my cycle. He pulled out and we also used spermicide. (We also did it again immediately afterwards without reapplying the spermicide.) On the 16th day of my cycle I had what felt like period cramps in the morning. We had sex again that night and the following morning I noticed a few dark freckles on my areolas that have not gone away yet. It's the 23rd day of my cycle so I know it's too early to test but has anyone else dealt with anything like this? (My typical PMS symptoms of cramps, sore breasts, chocolate and salty cravings have yet to appear but I have had a craving for cupcakes every day for the last week and mood swings.)
