can monistat hurt me?

I'm not sure if I have an infection, I took one of the acidity tests to check if it was BV or anything besides yeast, it's not. Basically if I treat and am wrong can I be hurting myself or is it just wasting the medication?

While it won't hurt u... It's always best to NOT self diagnose. Go to an obgyn and get a check up so u can get the proper treatment

Monistat won't "hurt" you in the way you mean but it does have side effects that some people experience. I had awful awful burning and stinging from it (which is normal- if you read the pamphlet it'll tell you.) just being honest. I just ran a bath and sat in it to minimize the pain.
