Last night i couldnt sleep. My body was too hot, i tried everything to sleep. I took a shower, listened to soothing music etc. i tried many things. It was 3:30 am and i couldnt take it anymore i was tired, too hot and uncomfortable. I did a really stupid thing-i turned the fan on. It was about 30 below here and i turned the fan on. Today... my husband and i both caught a cold. 31 weeks with a stupid cold. I wish i could go back in time and never of turned the fan on. Anyone else sick ?
