home induction methods?!

Ok so I am 39 weeks and 4 days. I was supposed to be induced yesterday but my dr had to reschedule my apt at the hospital for Sunday due to them not having room for another induction at that time. I was told if I go into labor before then to come up. I have been having some contractions but definitely nowhere near active labor. What methods have worked for all of you who have actually tried home induction methods?????
