In active labor!

We had dinner at home and about 30 minutes later my water broke when I went into the bathroom to pee ( very good timing I must say) around 8pm.  We had a smooth ride to the hospital. Triage was easy and I was admitted very quickly. About 7 hours in I opted for the epidural. It was the best choice I could have made. My contractions were about a minute long and maybe 3 minutes in between.  It's made me so much more comfortable ! Currently about 10 hours in and 6 cm dialated , 100% effaced.

Waiting for more but so far so good for this FTM. Hoping it stays that way ❤.
