How did you celebrate Valentines Day (or GALentines day?)

Did anyone observe Valentine's Day today? Did anyone have a SO who forgot and had to postpone the festivities till the weekend? Please post pics of what you did and ideas for those of us who are saving the date for the weekend!!  Anyone put their SO in the doghouse??? And if so, why???

Sometimes the holidays means just me alone with a giant bar of chocolate...no shame in my game!

My husband had school all night so he told me to call our mothers (both their husbands work evenings) and take them on a date. So I took the moms out for tacos and they loved it.

My husband came home after being gone for a week last night due to work so I surprised him with a nice ecalyptus bath, Made him his favorite pizza with alcoholic root beer in bed then let him pick out a movie of his choice with his favorite movie snacks and a foot rub!!

I went to work and my boyfriend surprised me at work with roses and a balloon, which I thought was really nice (: Then we just went to eat some sushi. So good 😭😭😭

We didn't do anything. My husband had to work and when he got home, he has to work on our car since something was wrong with it. We won't usually celebrate anyway since our anniversary is coming up. I just hung out with our baby and made a silly picture to send to relatives lol.

I celebrated valentines day with my family. My gpa died January 5th so its the first valentine's day without him for my gma. They were married for 62 years. So we got her flowers and balloons. Took her out to lunch. My parents got her this memorial thing of everything my grandpa ever called her or said to her. And my dad got me and my older sister my mom and my grandma an engraved bracelet and jewelry box. My bf and i are celebrating valentine's day on friday lol

I made brownies, a card and sour lolly stash for my boyfriend ! I am not a big supporter of Valentine's Day so out week night date of take away Thai food, a surprise rose and candy jewellery was absolutely amazing ✨✨✨

So tbh, at first I was so mad at my boyfriend because I thought he wasn't going to do anything and I'd suggested something we could do a while ago, but he just didn't communicate his plan to me until yesterday afternoon. 😅so after I got done being super salty and we talked it all out then we had a great VDay. I got him gummies (since he loves candy) and two music books that will help him learn how to play his ukelele (that I got him for Christmas). We cooked together, had some wine, and then the sex was mind-blowing 😳like I always love our sex but this time it was on a new level. Like the best of my life 😂

We didn't do anything. It's just another day for us and don't want to spend an outrageous amount because prices go up.
