BF has unsensitive penis!?!

My bf and I have been together for awhile and we are very comfortable with each other sexually and we are also both very experienced. But... He rarely ever gets off 🙁 He says he has very little sensation in his penis and just doesn't enjoy sex as much because of this. He's VERY attentive towards me and ALWAYS satisfies me. But I feel sad because I can't ever make him feel the way he makes me feel. Believe me we've tried!! He's given up all hope of ever experiencing any real pleasure that isn't derived from pleasing me. I hate that he feels this way! PLEASE HELP!! Is there anything out there that we can use or try that might make him more sensitive?
