7weeks 5 days spotting

I have a lot of light pink clear spotting right after we had sex last night. Then this morning when I woke up I went to the bath room and on the tp was light red but there wasn't any clots the second time I went to the bath room I noticed a clot In The toilet about the size of a pinky nail. Im  having light cramps and back aches.  Do you think I'm miscarring? I had one in December.
