overweight mommas?
Hi all, I just had a baby 15 months ago and haven't lost any of my baby weight, I am now 4 weeks pregnant with our 2nd and need help with healthy recipes or safe exercises. I don't want to gain any weight with this pregnancy and my doctor already told me it'd be safe to lose weight since I'm already obese. Any other mommas in the same situation. I'm scared I'm 240 now and don't want to be 300 when delivering my next baby 😥
