Coldsores/interview

I'm a little embarrassed but I have a coldsore on my lip. Its not big but it's not small either, it's noticeable though. I have an interview tomorrow and I feel like canceling it because of that. I know that would not look good on me but I don't want the person interviewing me starring at it like how everyone else does🙄. I know most you girls don't get coldsores but do any of you guys know or know someone that can or got rid of the coldsore quicker? Or make it less noticeable???? I'm freaking out... I grew one today I guess or last night
