Advice needed

Sorry about some of the vulgar talk and the rambiling....So ladies...I need help. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years. At the beginning we had sex A LOT but part of it I think is because he was enjoying the thrill because technically he had a gf(no I'm not proud of that, I didn't know when we first met at a party and he kissed me, by time he worked up the courage to tell me I had already fallen for this guy. His Gf was a sad excuse for one one see him on weekends and never answer his calls through the week anyway...) well now things are slow like REALLY slow once a month...and he says he wants us to concieve (thats kinda hard without actual trying on his part) i have pcos so ive been dealing with being of bc which helps the pain and being on metformin(which messes with my tummy BAD) and prenatals. I got put back on bc yesterday because i am not ovulating without it so we're trying to get me regular again and it makes me feel a little defeated and a failure. Well as well all know it was Valentines Day, but i didn't expect sex because that's one of his excuses to not uave sex is I have to work tomorrow( but god forbid if I'll blow him thats fine) well we started fooling around making out and stuff well then he basically said blow him and then we will go again well i did next thing you know he said idk about tonight i could cuddle which is rare for him..at this point I know I'm not getting any (again) and he makes a comment how he could go to sleep so i say ok (because obviously I'm a little frustrated he gave me female form of blue balls) he said and be the worst bf ever i told him to shut up (as in a that's not true way). This morning I was a little stand-offish with him and he asked whats wrong i said nothing and then he said was it because i didn't keep my word last night I said no because i didn't want to get into it because i wss leaving for work. Now, this isn't the first time this has happened he will get us going and make me blow him or jerk him off to just get him off then he ignores me... Or he tried to finger me which im not a fan of as a method of getting off...I have a high sex drive me and him talked about it before he has a low libido he claims (but yet he will watch porn) and then if i try to initiate he either shoots me down or says something about all i think about is sex. I feel unwanted...any advice that can be given is greatly appreciated... :(
