I would go to the doctor if I were you. I had spotting at 7 weeks and almost lost my baby. I don't mean to scare you or anything because it could be harmless but better safe than sorry. I got prescribed a progesterone pill and it's what saved my pregnancy.

That's not normal, but it doesn't necessarily indicate a major problem. Call your doctor tomorrow morning to make an appointment, ask them to do a blood test on you to confirm the pregnancy and to test some of your hormone levels. Tell them on the phone that you're bleeding and would like to be seen ASAP.
For now, drink an big glass of water, put on your comfiest PJ's and go to sleep. Stressing about this will do absolutely no good, so relax your body until you can be proactive tomorrow.
