"I love you" vs. "Love you"?

Do they have the same meaning? Personally, I think "I love you" is more heartfelt and sincere

It's the same difference as being in love with someone and loving them.

I love you = I'm in love with you
Love you = I've got love for you

There's a difference to me but I use both and both are important anyway.

Either is fine with me. I'll say "Love you" when I'm hanging up the phone or if I'm in a hurry, but I don't think the people I say it to feel like I'm don't love them.

Honestly this is overthinking. When I hand up I say love you, at night Or in special moments we say I love you. One has the slightest hint of more importance of you really wanna over analyze and make yourself and your relationships suffer
