Ovulation cramps? Is that a thing?

I've consistently been on birth control since I was 18, now 26... and when I finished my last pack my husband and I decided to "pull the goalie" lol. I took my last pill Jan 29 so this is my first cycle post BC. I don't even know the last time I ovulated... maybe before birth control, because to my understanding while taking BC your body doesn't doesn't release eggs. ANYWAYS I'm 10 days past the end of my period and I have had cramping and dull aching all day, it feels like light period cramps as if I'm going to start (which would be super early), GLO says I'm in the middle of my fertile window, so I didn't know if maybe they could be ovulation cramps... is that normal? Do y'all experience that too?
