Opinions please!

According to glow yesterday was my last fertile day and AF is due 2/27.. I feel a cold coming on, sore throat since yesterday and very congested today. I was feeling cramps this afternoon and shortly after I felt nauseated and very hot. I have a headache and a bit dizzy.. could I be having early symptoms or am I just sick?? Can't go to doctor until tomorrow afternoon and my husband wants me to take NyQuil.. should I take it or wait till I go to the doctor?
