I'm 4w pregnant and I felt totally pregnant yesterday. Today I don't really feel any symptoms? Am I freaking out for nothing??

Two of the biggest causes of misscariage early on are stress and genetics. I've lost two babies due to genetic issues (I carried them long enough to where the dr could see the "mutation" as she put it 😒). Just keep calm and unless you feel sharp pain or start spotting, don't worry. Your baby will be ok 😊

I didn't feel pregnant till I started feeling my baby kick and I started to show. You'll feel pretty normal most days (hopefully. I've had a fantastic pregnancy but that isn't always the case for all).
I'm 36 weeks now, and I forget that I even have a belly with a baby until he moves.

Don't freak out. It's okay not to have symptoms it doesn't mean something is wrong. I am 26 weeks and haven't had any symptoms at all since the start. They can come and go but again it's not a sign that anything is wrong. Obviously if you're having bleeding and pain that could be a bad sign but otherwise no need to worry.
