confused?

So i just had a scan, i was aware i wouldnt see anything as they fo them on your tummy not transvaginal - i was under the impression that i was around 5 weeks 4 days. However after my scan the lady thinks i may be 3-4 weeks.

this doesn't make sense as every app ive been on and internet website (i know there not factual) has said that due to the first day of my last period i should be 5 weeks 4 days.....

im high risk ectopic which is why i booked the scan, i have a transvaginal one monday. Im now petrified that ive had a missed miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

can anyone give me symptoms or reassurance or if youve been in the situation?

this is my 2nd pregnancy and with my daughter i thought i was 6 weeks on calculations turned out i was 4. found out through transvaginal scan.
