Any tips to get contractions underway

Well waters broke yesterday evening at 38+4. I knew all that building IKEA furniture would do something lol. Anyway I'm not having regular contractions to merit going into hospital. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this little Baba into the world to avoid being induced....That was horrific last time 😣.

Update

Have been in and everything is fine though they won't keep me in until my contractions are constant and strong otherwise I have to be induced sat morning at 8am. Just hoping for any ideas to get them going frequently. 😥
