😢😦😨😩😞😶😖 Helppp

Why did I get a faint line yesterday on 4 pregnancy test then later that day I started spotting pink which turned too brown then red? Now it's a lot of blood like AF no clotting just blood and mild cramps. Did I lose my baby I estimated I would of been 6 weeks and 1 day. 6 months TTC and I think I lost it 😭💔.
