Decreased symptoms

Anyone notice a decrease in symptoms when they are sick? I've noticed a decrease in appetite and morning sickness the last two days but, I've also been kicked hard with allergies. I have no other symptoms like cramps or bleeding. I'm trying hard not too over analyze my symptoms (or lack of). I took a pregnancy test and it was immediate and dark unlike the first time I took one and it was faint and took three minutes to show.
