social depression

I'm 14,and I've been homeschooled for last year and now this year,I went to elementary school and plan on going to high school but more importantly,because I'm homeschooling, it's made me extremely social depressed it makes me sad I'm too scared to make new friends and when I do I'm constantly apologizing and it's so annoying what in gods name do i do? And I have a consoler she's not helping
