implantation bleeding still BFN

I'm roughly 4w6d pregnant and have had nothing but BFN hpt's. I had implantation bleeding already and have many symptoms. My period is a week late and I'm very regular I'm currently 18dpo, curious how many other women have had this confusing issue with BFN? This is my third pregnancy.
