did he just settle for me?

We broke up for two months and got back together. We were together for 5 years. I know he tried to hook up with girls and be free since he was with me for so long. But maybe since nothing really happened with any girls. He got lonely and just settled? It's coming up on a year since the break up and I think that's why I am feeling this way. I have been fine. Before the break up we were about to buy a house so my friends say it was probably cold feet.  And of course I am going to talk to him tonight about how I'm feeling. But at the moment I just needed to vent
